When you buy a hot tub or swim spa, a big question is what you’re actually getting for the money. Christian Staples of Arctic Spas walks through what’s included, and what you’re still responsible for, before you commit.
At Arctic Spas, the price includes free standard delivery, free setup, a free standard cover, and spa school so you know how to use the spa and treat the water. You’re responsible for a level, solid site (ForeverFloor, a concrete pad, or a deck), the electrical (220 volts, a breaker, and enough line to reach the spa plus about 10 feet, run by a licensed electrician), and clear access from the driveway to the backyard. Options are your call.
